If you are at Sentosa Island, start by walking towards the Sentosa Express station located at Beach Station. Take the Sentosa Express to VivoCity mall, which is the terminal station. Once you arrive at VivoCity, head to the Ground Level and exit the mall. Walk towards the HarbourFront MRT station. From there, take the North East Line (Purple Line) MRT train towards Punggol. Disembark at Toa Payoh MRT Station. Once you exit the station, take Exit A and walk straight until you reach Lorong 6. Turn left onto Lorong 6 Toa Payoh and proceed straight until you reach Toa Payoh Town Park. The park is located at the end of the road.

From any location within Sentosa, make your way to the nearest bus stop. Take bus service RWS8, which travels directly to VivoCity. After arriving at VivoCity, head to the HarbourFront MRT station. Board the North East Line (Purple Line) MRT train towards Punggol and disembark at Toa Payoh MRT Station. Use Exit A to exit the station and head straight to Lorong 6. Turn left onto Lorong 6 Toa Payoh and walk straight to Toa Payoh Town Park, which will be at the end of the road.
