To reach Istana Park via MRT, go to the nearest MRT station in Serangoon (Serangoon MRT Station on the North-East Line). Take the train towards HarbourFront and alight at Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station. Transfer to the North-South Line and take the train towards Marina South Pier. Alight at Orchard MRT Station. From there, exit the station and walk towards Orchard Road, then head to Penang Lane and Buyong Road. The walk will take approximately 10 minutes.

If you prefer to take a bus, find a bus stop near your location in Serangoon. Take Bus number 43, 76, or 851, which will take you towards Orchard Road. Alight at the Orchard Boulevard bus stop.
