If you're traveling by car, head towards the Southern Ridges area. Use the address 'Straits View' in your GPS to navigate. Once you arrive at the Southern Ridges, look for the car park near the entrance of the Kent Ridge Park, as parking is available there. From the parking area, you can either walk or cycle along the trails that lead to Tanjong Rimau. The scenic walk will take approximately 30 minutes.

To reach Tanjong Rimau via public transportation, first take the MRT to the Kent Ridge MRT Station on the Circle Line. Upon exiting the station, take bus service 200 from the bus stop nearby. Alight at the stop 'HortPark.' From HortPark, you can follow the pedestrian paths through the Southern Ridges. It is approximately a 20-minute walk to Tanjong Rimau, which is situated along the coastline, offering beautiful views along the way.

For those already in the Southern Ridges area, you can walk to Tanjong Rimau directly. Starting from the Henderson Waves bridge, follow the trail towards the Forest Walk. Continue along the Southern Ridges pathway, enjoying the lush greenery. After about 1.5 kilometers, you will see signs leading you to Tanjong Rimau. The walk is scenic and takes about 40 minutes.
