Public Transportation
If you are starting at Mount Faber Park, take the bus number 409 from the bus stop opposite the park entrance. Ride for about 10 minutes and alight at the bus stop at HarbourFront MRT Station. From there, transfer to the MRT and take the North East Line towards Punggol. Get off at Clarke Quay MRT Station. Once you exit the station, walk towards the riverfront, and then head along the Singapore River towards the east for about 10 minutes until you reach Phillip Street. The Yueh Hai Ching Temple will be on your left at 30B Phillip Street.

If you are driving from the Southern Ridges, head towards Telok Blangah Road. Take the AYE (Ayer Rajah Expressway) towards the direction of the city. Exit onto the Central Expressway (CTE) and follow the signs for Marina Bay. Continue on CTE and take the exit for Bukit Timah Road, following signs for the Central Area. Once you reach the junction of Bukit Timah Road and River Valley Road, turn left onto River Valley Road, then turn right onto Havelock Road. Continue straight and turn left onto Phillip Street. The Yueh Hai Ching Temple will be located on your right at 30B Phillip Street.
