Getting There

  • Public Bus

    From any location in Tampines, head to the nearest bus stop. Take Bus 29 towards Changi Village. After approximately 25 minutes, alight at the 'Changi Village' bus stop. From there, you can either take a taxi or walk to the Chek Jawa Trail, which is about 3km away. If walking, head towards the east along the beach path for a scenic route, which should take about 30-40 minutes.

  • Public Transport (MRT and Bus)

    Start at Tampines MRT Station (East West Line) and take the train towards Pasir Ris. Alight at Pasir Ris MRT Station. From there, exit the station and head to the bus interchange. Take Bus 403 which goes directly to Changi Village. After about 15 minutes, get off at the 'Changi Village' bus stop. From here, you can either take a taxi or walk approximately 3km to reach Chek Jawa Trail.

  • Walking

    If you are near the eastern side of Tampines, you can walk towards the coast. Head towards Pasir Ris Park, which is along the coast, and from there, follow the coastline path towards Changi Village. This walk is about 6-7 km and will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, but it offers beautiful views of the sea and surrounding nature.
