Get off at the stop named 'Hougang Ave 10'. After you alight, walk straight for about 5 minutes, and you will reach Punggol Park, which will be on your left.

From there, transfer to bus number 12 or 21 from the nearby bus stop. Ride the bus for about 15 minutes until you reach the stop 'Hougang Ave 10'. Walk straight for about 5 minutes to reach Punggol Park.
