Getting There

  • Bus

    From Yishun MRT Station, head to the bus interchange located next to the station. Take bus number 859. The bus will take you towards the North Eastern Islands. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the Chek Jawa Trail bus stop. Once you get off, follow the signs to the entrance of the Chek Jawa Wetlands, which is a short walk away.

  • Walking

    If you are near Yishun Park, you can walk towards Yishun Avenue 2. From Yishun Park, head east towards Yishun Avenue 2 and turn right. Continue straight until you reach the main road where you will find the bus stop for bus number 859. Board the bus and follow the previous instructions to reach Chek Jawa Trail.

  • Bicycle

    If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the rental shops near Yishun MRT Station. Cycle towards Yishun Avenue 2, then follow the route towards the North Eastern Islands. The ride to Chek Jawa Trail will take about 40 minutes. Once you arrive, park your bike at the designated area near the entrance of the Chek Jawa Wetlands.
