Change trains at Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station (NS24/NE6/CC1) and switch to the North East Line (purple line) towards Punggol. Ride for 8 stops until you reach Punggol MRT Station. From Punggol MRT Station, exit and head to the bus terminal. Take bus number 84 or 82, and get off at 'Punggol Park' bus stop. Follow the signs to the park entrance, which is just a short walk from there.
