Start at the center of Cole Bay, near the Simpson Bay Lagoon. Head northeast on the main road, which is the A1. Continue walking along this road, enjoying the views of the lagoon on your left. After about 1.5 kilometers, you will reach the intersection with the road leading to Quartier D'Orléans. Turn left onto this road (it may be signposted). Follow this road uphill for approximately 1 kilometer. As you approach Rotary Lookout Point, keep an eye out for the signs indicating the viewpoint.
