Getting there

Car

If you are driving in Cul de Sac, head southeast on Route 1 (also known as Welfare Road) from the center of Cul de Sac. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Route 3. Turn left onto Route 3 and continue for approximately 2 kilometers. When you reach the roundabout, take the second exit to stay on Route 3. After about 1 kilometer, turn right onto Sea Clam Drive. Follow this road, and you will find Villa Le Point SXM located at 2XRC+8X Mandara Residences on the left.

Public Transportation

If you are using public transportation, you can take a bus from Cul de Sac towards Philipsburg. Look for buses that have 'Philipsburg' or 'Simpson Bay' written on them. The fare is usually around $1-2 per person. Once you reach the main bus terminal in Philipsburg, you will need to transfer to a taxi or another bus heading towards Sea Clam Drive. Inform the driver that you are going to Villa Le Point SXM. The taxi fare from the bus terminal to the villa will be approximately $10. The taxi will take you directly to the entrance.

Walking

If you are within walking distance in Cul de Sac, you can find your way to Villa Le Point SXM by heading south on Sea Clam Drive. Depending on your starting point, the walk may take around 30 to 45 minutes. The villa is located within the Mandara Residences, which you will find along this road. Look for the entrance signs as you approach the 2XRC+8X address.
