From Dutch Quarter, head northwest on Route 1 (also known as the Airport Road). Continue for about 5 kilometers until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit to stay on Route 1. After approximately 2 kilometers, take the exit toward Grand Case. Continue straight, and after another 2 kilometers, you will reach the Grand Case area. Follow the signs to Happy Bay Beach, which will involve a short drive up a dirt road. There is a small parking area at the entrance to the beach.

To reach Happy Bay Beach using public transportation, take a bus from Dutch Quarter to Grand Case. Buses are available along the main roads, and you should look for the ones heading to Grand Case. The fare is usually around $2-3. Once you arrive in Grand Case, you can either walk or take a taxi for about $5-10 to the entrance of Happy Bay Beach. Note that the beach is a bit of a walk from the main road, so be prepared for a 10-15 minute walk down a dirt path.
