From Dutch Quarter, get onto the A1 road heading south towards Philipsburg. Follow the A1 for approximately 3 km until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit at the roundabout onto the A2 road. Continue on the A2 for about 1.5 km. You will see signs for Little Bay Beach. Follow the signs and take the left turn onto Little Bay Road. The beach is located at the end of the road, where you will find parking available. Note that parking may incur a fee, so have some cash ready.
