If you prefer public transportation, you can catch a bus from Dutch Quarter to the Lowlands area. Look for buses heading towards Maho or Simpson Bay. The bus stop in Dutch Quarter is located near the main road. The ride will take about 15-20 minutes. Be sure to ask the driver to let you off at the nearest stop to Rhine Rd, and from there, it will be a short walk (about 5 minutes) to Starz City Casino, which will be on your left.
