Start from Le Galion Beach and head west on Route 1 (also known as the L.B. Scott Road). Continue for about 10 minutes (approximately 6 km), following signs toward Philipsburg. You will pass through some residential areas. As you approach Philipsburg, keep an eye out for the signs directing you to Great Bay Beach. Once you reach Philipsburg, take the roundabout and take the second exit onto Walter Nisbeth Road (Route 1). After about 2 minutes, turn left onto Great Bay Beach Road. Follow the road until you reach the beach parking area. Note that parking may incur a fee, typically around $5-$10 depending on the season.
