If you are near the Lowlands beach area, start by heading east towards the main road, A.T. Illidge Rd. Once you reach A.T. Illidge Rd, turn left and walk along the road. Continue walking for about 10 minutes, and you will see a sign for July AirBnB on your right at 117 C, A.T. Illidge Rd. The building is easily recognizable, and you can enter through the main entrance.
