If you are starting from the center of Lowlands, head towards the Welfare Road. Walk towards the east until you reach the junction with Airport Road. Continue straight onto Welfare Road. You will pass several shops and restaurants along the way. Keep walking straight for about 20-25 minutes. Nowhere Special will be on your right side, just before you reach the Simpson Bay area.
