Walking
From any location in Lowlands, head towards the main road (Route 1) that connects the area. Walk southeast along Route 1 until you reach the intersection with Route 3. Turn left onto Route 3. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 km, passing local shops and cafes along the way. Keep an eye out for the signs directing you towards Quartier D'Orléans. Once you reach the Quartier D'Orléans area, you will see a sign for Rotary Lookout Point. Follow the signs for approximately 500 meters until you arrive at the lookout point, which will be on your right.
Biking
If you have access to a bicycle, start from the center of Lowlands and navigate to Route 1. Head southeast along Route 1, then turn left onto Route 3. After about 1.5 km, keep an eye out for the signs for Quartier D'Orléans. Once you reach the Quartier D'Orléans area, follow the signs directing you to Rotary Lookout Point. The total distance is approximately 2 km from Lowlands to the lookout point, which is a pleasant ride with some scenic views along the way.
Public Transport
To reach Rotary Lookout Point via public transport, walk to the nearest bus stop in Lowlands and catch a bus heading towards Quartier D'Orléans. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the stop for Rotary Lookout Point. Once you disembark, follow the signs leading to the lookout point which is just a short walk away. Ensure you check the bus schedule for return times to avoid long waits.
