Starting from your location in Lowlands, head towards the main road (Airport Road). Walk northeast until you reach the intersection with Welfare Road. Turn left onto Welfare Road and continue walking until you see the signs for Philipsburg. Follow the signs and walk along this road for about 30 minutes. As you approach Philipsburg, you will see a large roundabout. Take the exit towards Front Street. Once on Front Street, continue walking straight. The Sint Maarten Courthouse will be on your right, located at 2XF3+GPC, Front St, Philipsburg.

From Lowlands, walk to the nearest bus stop on Welfare Road. Look for a minibus heading towards Philipsburg (these minibuses usually say 'Philipsburg' on them). The ride should take approximately 15-20 minutes. Once you reach Philipsburg, ask the driver to drop you off near Front Street. After getting off, walk along Front Street in the direction of the ocean. The Sint Maarten Courthouse will be on your right at 2XF3+GPC, Front St.
