From Pelican Key, head east on the main road (Route 1) towards Simpson Bay. Continue straight until you reach the junction for Route 3. Turn left onto Route 3 and continue along this road. As you drive, follow the signs towards Quartier D'Orléans. The lookout point will be located a short distance past the Quartier D'Orléans area. Look for the sign for Rotary Lookout Point on your right. There is parking available near the lookout.

The fare is usually very affordable, around 2-3 USD. Once you arrive in Quartier D'Orléans, you will need to walk approximately 15 minutes to reach Rotary Lookout Point. Head towards Route 3, and then look for signs directing you to the lookout point, which will be on your left side.
