Start at the center of Sint Peters. Head east on the main road (Emilio Wilson Road). Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Walter Nisbeth Road. Turn left onto Walter Nisbeth Road and follow it as it curves around the coast. Keep walking until you see the sign for Fort Amsterdam. The entrance is located on your right just before you reach the coastline.

If you have access to a bike, start at the main square in Sint Peters. Cycle east on Emilio Wilson Road. Follow this road until you reach the junction with Walter Nisbeth Road. Turn left onto Walter Nisbeth Road. Continue riding until you see the signs for Fort Amsterdam. The entrance will be on your right before you reach the sea.

From the center of Sint Peters, walk to the nearest bus stop. Catch a bus heading towards Philipsburg. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Fort Amsterdam. The bus will take you along the main coastal route, and you will need to get off when the driver announces Fort Amsterdam. From the bus stop, it is a short walk to the entrance of the fort.
