The castle is located on a hill, so you will need to drive up to it. From the Main Square (Hlavné námestie), take Karadžičova street, then turn left onto the ramp leading to the castle. There is a parking area available nearby, but it can get full quickly, especially during peak tourist hours.

To reach Bratislava Castle by public transportation, you can take tram number 1 or 3 from the city center. Board the tram at the 'Hlavná stanica' (Main Train Station) and get off at 'Zámocká' stop. From there, it’s a short 10-minute walk uphill to the castle. Just follow the signs for 'Bratislava Castle' or use your smartphone’s map for guidance. Alternatively, you can take bus number 31 from the city center and get off at 'Hrad' stop, which is directly in front of the castle entrance.
