From any point within Bratislava Castle (Hrad), head south towards the main exit of the castle complex. Once you exit the castle grounds, you will be on Hradný vrch Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Karpatská Street. Turn left onto Karpatská Street and walk straight until you reach the Župné námestie. The Historic building of the National Council of the Slovak Republic (Župný dom) is located at Župné námestie 591, directly in front of you.

If you prefer to take public transport, you can walk to the nearest bus stop named 'Zámocká' which is about a 10-minute walk from the castle. From the bus stop, take bus number 30 or 39 towards 'Hlavná stanica'. Get off at the 'Župné námestie' stop. The Historic building of the National Council of the Slovak Republic (Župný dom) will be a short walk from there, just a few meters away.
