If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Košice. Head southwest on Hlavná Street toward Špitálska, then turn right onto Špitálska. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout and take the second exit onto Mánesova Street. Continue driving for about 1.5 km, and you will find the Botanical Garden UPJŠ on your left at Mánesova 1889/23, 040 01 Košice. There is parking available nearby, but watch for any parking fees that may apply.

To reach the Botanical Garden UPJŠ using public transportation, take trolleybus line 24 or bus line 12 from the main train station (Hlavná stanica). Get off at the 'Mánesova' stop.
