If you are driving from Zemplínska Šírava, start by heading southwest on Route 572. After about 12 km, take the exit towards Route 578 towards Jasenov. Continue on Route 578 for about 6 km until you reach the village of Jasenov. The castle is located on a hill to your left as you enter the village. There is parking available near the castle.

From Zemplínska Šírava, take a local bus to the town of Trebišov. Buses run regularly from the main bus station. Once in Trebišov, transfer to a bus heading towards Jasenov. This bus ride will take approximately 25 minutes. Upon arrival in Jasenov, the castle is about a 15-minute walk uphill from the bus stop. Follow the signs towards the castle while navigating through the village.
