To reach Jánska dolina using public transportation, catch a bus from Liptovský Mikuláš or any nearby town that services the Liptovský Ján route. The local bus service operates regularly, and you can check the schedules at the bus station. Once you arrive in Liptovský Ján, you will need to walk approximately 2 kilometers towards the valley entrance, following the signs for Jánska dolina. Ensure to have some coins for the bus fare, which is typically around €1.50.

If you are already in Liptovský Ján and prefer to walk, you can start your journey from the center of the village. Head east along the main road (Hlavná ulica) until you reach the sign for Jánska dolina. The walk is about 30 minutes and offers beautiful views of the surrounding nature.
