Public Transport
From the center of Martin, walk to the nearest tram stop, which is 'Martin, Centrum'. Take tram number 2 towards 'Priekopa'. Get off at the stop 'Martin, Záturčie'. From there, you will need to continue your journey on foot. Head southwest on Záturčianska Street, then turn left onto Unnamed Road. Follow this road until you reach the entrance to Javorná dolina, which is marked by signs. The total walking distance from the tram stop is approximately 3 kilometers and will take around 40 minutes.
Walking
If you prefer to walk directly from the center of Martin, start at the main square (Hlavné námestie). Head northwest on Karadžičova Street, then take a left onto M. R. Štefánika Street. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Záturčianska Street. Turn right and walk along Záturčianska until you reach Unnamed Road. Turn left onto Unnamed Road and follow the signs for Javorná dolina. This walk will cover approximately 5 kilometers and take about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
