The journey takes about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Ružomberok, get off at the stop 'Ružomberok, Autóbusová stanica'. From there, take a local bus or taxi to Vlkolínec. The local buses are usually marked, and you can ask the driver to drop you off at Vlkolínec, which is a short ride away.

Make your way to the main train station in Martin located on M. R. Štefánika 2. Take a train towards Ružomberok, which runs regularly throughout the day. The train journey takes about 20 minutes. Once you arrive at the Ružomberok train station, walk to the nearby bus station (it's a short 5-minute walk). From there, catch a local bus to Vlkolínec. You can ask the bus driver to let you know when you reach Vlkolínec.
