Car
If you're driving from the center of Novohrad, head towards the main road E77. Follow signs for Terchová. Once you reach Terchová, continue on the road until you see the signs for Jánošíkove Diery. The address is Biely Potok 664, 013 06 Terchová. There is a parking area near the entrance, which may incur a small fee (usually around 2-3 euros per day).
Public Transportation
From Novohrad, take a bus to Žilina, as this is the nearest major city with connections to Terchová. Once in Žilina, transfer to a bus heading to Terchová. Buses run regularly, but it’s best to check the schedules in advance. The trip may take around 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you arrive in Terchová, either walk or take a taxi to reach Jánošíkove Diery, which is approximately 5 kilometers away from the bus stop. Be prepared for a small taxi fare (approximately 5-10 euros).
