From Poloniny National Park, drive towards the town of Prešov. Take the E50 highway southbound towards Košice. After approximately 1 hour of driving, exit onto the R1 highway towards Banská Bystrica. Continue on R1 for about 1.5 hours until you reach the city of Banská Bystrica. From Banská Bystrica, follow the signs to Low Tatras National Park, which is located approximately 20 km to the north. Look for the signs directing you to the park's visitor center.

From Poloniny National Park, take a bus to the nearest major city, which is Prešov. Once in Prešov, you can catch a train or another bus to Banská Bystrica. The train ride takes about 1.5 hours.
