Bus
From the center of Poprad, locate the main bus station (Autobusová stanica Poprad). You can reach the station by walking or taking a local tram to the main square (Námestie sv. Egídia). Once at the bus station, purchase a ticket for a bus heading to the town of Zakopane, Poland. This bus will take you towards Kasprowy Wierch. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the bus stop for 'Kasprowy Wierch'. From the bus stop, follow the signs pointing to the cable car station, which is a short walk away.

Walk to the Poprad-Tatry train station from the city center, which is about a 20-minute walk. Follow the signs to the train station. Once there, board a train heading towards Zakopane. The journey will take about 45 minutes.
