Getting There

• Bus

  From Poprad, head to the Poprad main bus station, located at Námestie svätej Egídia 2. Once there, purchase a ticket for a direct bus to Zakopane. The bus ride typically takes about 1.5 hours. After arriving in Zakopane, get off at the main bus station. From the bus station, you can take a local taxi or walk approximately 30 minutes to Polana Szymoszkowa. To walk, head east on ul. Krupówki, then turn right onto ul. Szymoszkowa, which will lead you directly to the location.

  Start at Poprad train station (Železničná stanica Poprad). Take a train to Zakopane, which may require a transfer at the nearby station of Nowy Targ.
