Continue on the D1 for about 30 km and take the exit toward the 1st class road 66 towards the Slovak Ore Mountains area. Follow the signs for Magnezitovce. Upon entering Magnezitovce, look for Unnamed Road and follow it until you reach the Slavošovsky tunnel.
