If you are driving from Záhorie, take the D2 motorway towards Bratislava. Follow the signs for the city center and exit at the 'Centrum' exit. Continue on Karadžicova Street until you reach the intersection with Hurbanovo Námestie. Turn left onto Hurbanovo Námestie and follow it until you see signs for Bratislava Castle. There is limited parking available near the castle, so be prepared to walk a short distance to the Great Moravian Basilica remains once you park.

Public Transportation
From Záhorie, you can take a regional train or bus to Bratislava. If you opt for the train, board a train at the nearest station to Záhorie (check local schedules). Upon arrival at Bratislava Main Station, transfer to tram line 1 or 3 towards the city center. Get off at 'Zochova' stop. From there, it's a 10-minute walk to Bratislava Castle. Follow the signs towards the castle, and you will find the remains of the Great Moravian Basilica within the castle grounds.

From the Main Square (Hlavné námestie), head towards the Slovak National Theatre. Continue straight until you reach the hill leading up to the castle.
