Car
If you're traveling by car, start from any point in Záhorie and head towards the capital, Bratislava. You can take the D2 highway which connects Záhorie to Bratislava. Once you reach Bratislava, follow the signs for the city center (Staré Mesto). As you approach the center, look for signs for Slavín, which is located on Pažického street. Public Transportation
To reach Slavín using public transportation, you can take a bus or train from various locations in Záhorie to Bratislava. Once in Bratislava, you can take tram line 4 or 9 towards the city center. Get off at the 'Hodžovo námestie' stop. From there, it's about a 15-minute walk to Slavín. Simply head towards the direction of the Presidential Palace, and follow the signs leading to the memorial. Alternatively, you can take a taxi from the tram stop directly to Slavín for a small fee.
