Continue straight for about 1.5 km, then take the exit onto the D2 highway in the direction of Bratislava. After about 5 km, take exit 1 towards Malacky/Skalica. Follow the signs for Malacky, then take the first left onto Šranecká road. After about 1 km, you will see the entrance to Šranecké piesky on your right. There is parking available nearby.

To reach Šranecké piesky via public transport, start at Malacky bus station. Take bus number 300 in the direction of Záhorská Bystrica. The journey takes about 20 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Šranecké piesky.' From the bus stop, it's a short 5-minute walk to the entrance of the wildlife refuge.
