From Zemplínska Šírava, head south on the main road towards the town of Michalovce. Continue on the main road (E58) for approximately 20 kilometers (about 25 minutes). Once you reach Michalovce, follow the signs for the city center. As you get closer, turn onto Ul. Kpt. J. Nálepku, then take a left onto Kostolné námestie. The Zemplín Museum will be located at Kostolné námestie 1, and there is limited street parking available.

To reach Zemplín Museum using public transportation, take a bus from Zemplínska Šírava to Michalovce. Once you arrive at Michalovce bus station, you can either walk (approximately 15 minutes) to the museum or take a local taxi for about €5. To walk, head south on Hlavná street, turn left onto Ul. Kpt. J. Nálepku, and then a left onto Kostolné námestie. The museum will be on your right.
