From Zemplínska Šírava, head southwest on Route 573 towards the town of Trebišov. After approximately 30 kilometers, you will reach the D1 expressway. Merge onto the D1 towards Prešov. Continue for about 30 kilometers and take exit 19 towards Žehra. Follow the signs to Spiš Castle which is located about 5 kilometers from the exit. There is a parking area available at the base of the castle, but do note that parking may incur a fee.
