Public Bus

From the Žilina main train station (Žilina Hlavná Stanica), exit the station and head to the bus stop located just outside. Look for bus number 29. Board the bus and travel for approximately 10 minutes. Get off at the 'Pri celulózke' stop. From there, walk for about 5 minutes straight along the road (Pri celulózke) until you reach Villa Necas, which will be on your left.
Tram

From the center of Žilina, head to the nearest tram stop (e.g., 'Centrum'). Board tram number 1 or 2. Ride the tram for about 15 minutes and get off at the 'Hliny' stop. From the tram stop, walk approximately 10 minutes east towards Pri celulózke street. Turn right on Pri celulózke street, and after a short walk, you will find Villa Necas on your left.
Walking

If you are in the city center, you can walk to Villa Necas. Start from the main square (Námestie Andreja Kmeťa) and head southeast towards the river. Cross the bridge and continue straight. After about 20 minutes of walking, you will reach Pri celulózke street. Turn right onto Pri celulózke street and walk for another 5 minutes. Villa Necas will be on your left.
