Walking
If you are in the center of Bled, start at the Bled Tourist Information Center located at Ljubljanska Cesta 1. Head southeast on Ljubljanska Cesta towards Cesta svobode. After about 300 meters, turn left onto Cesta svobode. Continue on this road until you reach the junction with Grajska cesta. Turn right onto Grajska cesta and walk straight for approximately 500 meters. You will see Castle Like Belvedere on your left side at Grajska cesta 59.

From Bled Bus Station, take a local bus towards Bled Jezero. Get off at the stop named Bled Castle (Grad Bled). From there, walk down Grajska cesta for about 10 minutes. Castle Like Belvedere will be on your right at Grajska cesta 59.
