From the center of Bled, start at the Bled Castle (Blejski Grad). Head down the hill towards the main road (Cesta svobode). Once you reach the road, turn left and continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the bus station (Avtobusna postaja Bled). From the bus station, catch a bus heading towards Villach, Austria. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Villach bus station, exit the bus and walk towards the city center. Follow the signs to Kirchenplatz, where the Stadthauptpfarrkirche St. Jakob is located at Kirchenpl. 9. The church will be on your left as you enter the square.
