Bus
From Bled, head to the main bus station located at Ljubljanska Cesta 4. You can walk there from the center of Bled, which is about a 10-minute walk. Once at the bus station, purchase a ticket to Idrija. The buses typically run every 1-2 hours. The journey takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Idrija bus station, exit and walk straight down the road for about 500 meters until you reach Prelovčeva ulica. Turn left onto Prelovčeva ulica, and you will find TIC Idrija at number 5 on your right.
Train and Bus
From Bled, walk to Bled Jezero Train Station, which is about a 30-minute walk or a short taxi ride. Take a train to Ljubljana, which takes about 30 minutes. Upon arrival at Ljubljana Train Station, transfer to the bus station located nearby. Look for a bus heading to Idrija. The bus ride from Ljubljana to Idrija takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes. After arriving at the Idrija bus station, walk straight down the road for about 500 meters until you reach Prelovčeva ulica. Turn left onto Prelovčeva ulica, and you will find TIC Idrija at number 5 on your right.
