From Bled, head to the main bus station located at Avtobusna postaja Bled, which is a short walk from most hotels in the area. Take a bus heading towards Ljubljana (frequent service operates throughout the day). The journey takes approximately 1 hour. Upon arrival at the Ljubljana bus station, exit the bus and head towards the city center, following signs for 'Trg republike'. It is a pleasant 15-minute walk from the bus station through the city streets.

Take a train from Bled Jezero station to Ljubljana. Trains run regularly and the journey takes about 40 minutes. After arriving at Ljubljana's main train station, exit and walk south towards 'Trg republike'. The historical square is about a 20-minute walk from the station.
