Starting from the center of Bled, head towards the lakeside promenade. Walk along the promenade in the direction of the Bled Island. You will see the lake on your right and the stunning views of the castle on your left. Continue walking for about 15 minutes until you reach the end of the promenade. From there, you can hire a traditional 'pletna' boat, which will take you directly to Bled Island, where the Assumption of Maria Church is located.
