If you are in Bohinj, head towards Bohinjska Bistrica. Start at the Bohinj bus station (Avtobusna postaja Bohinj) and walk along the main road, Triglavska cesta. Continue walking for about 15-20 minutes until you reach Triglavska cesta 2, where Historia Bohinj is located. The museum will be on your right-hand side.
