Bus
From Bohinj, take the local bus service towards Ljubljana. Buses are available at the Bohinj bus station. Make sure to check the schedule as it may vary. The journey takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Once you arrive at the Ljubljana bus station, exit the station and head towards the main square (Trg Republike) which is about a 15-minute walk.

You can also take a train from Bohinj to Ljubljana. Head to the Bohinj Jezero train station, which is well-signposted. Purchase a ticket to Ljubljana. The train ride takes around 1 hour. Once you arrive at Ljubljana train station, exit and walk towards the city center, which is about a 20-minute walk.

Walking
If you are already in Bohinj and wish to walk, start from the center of Bohinj and follow the signs towards Lake Bohinj. From the lake, head towards the main road and follow it to the bus station where you can catch a bus to Ljubljana.
