Getting There

  • Walking

    From the center of Bohinj, head towards the Bohinj Tourist Information Centre located at Triglavska cesta 4. Walk straight on Triglavska cesta for about 1 km until you reach the bridge over the Sava Bohinjka River. Cross the bridge and continue straight along the lakeshore path. Follow the signs for 'Lake Bohinj' and you will arrive at the picturesque Lake Bohinj in approximately 15-20 minutes.

  • Public Transport - Bus

    If you're near the Bohinj Jezero bus stop, you can take a bus towards Lake Bohinj. Look for bus number 20 or 21, which will take you directly to the Bohinj Jezero stop. The journey takes about 10-15 minutes. Once you get off at Bohinj Jezero, follow the path down towards the lake, which is just a short walk from the bus stop.
