Once there, board a bus heading towards Ljubljana. The journey typically takes about 1.5 hours. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance and get off at the 'Ljubljana' stop. Once you arrive in Ljubljana, walk towards the city center, which is about a 15-minute walk from the bus station. Head towards the Ljubljanica River, cross the Triple Bridge, and continue straight until you reach Muzejska ulica. The Narodni muzej Slovenije will be on your left at Muzejska ulica 1.

From Bohinj, make your way to the nearest train station in Bohinjska Bistrica. You can either walk or take a local taxi. Board a train to Ljubljana, which will take approximately 1 hour. Once in Ljubljana, exit the train station and walk towards the city center. It’s about a 15-minute walk; simply follow the signs towards the Ljubljanica River and then head to Muzejska ulica. The Narodni muzej Slovenije is located at Muzejska ulica 1, just a short stroll from the river.
