From the center of Bohinj, head to the nearest bus stop (e.g., Bohinjska Bistrica). Take the bus line towards Ljubljana. The journey takes approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at the Ljubljana bus station, exit the bus and head towards the city center.

From the Ljubljana bus station, walk towards the direction of Trg Osvobodilne Fronte. Head down the street until you reach the intersection with Slovenska cesta. Turn right onto Slovenska cesta and continue straight until you reach Puharjeva ulica. Turn left onto Puharjeva ulica, and you will find the National Gallery at number 9.
Taxi
You can also take a taxi from Bohinj to Ljubljana. Ask the driver to take you to Puharjeva ulica 9. The journey should take around 1 hour and is a more direct option if preferred.
