If you are in the center of Bohinj, start by heading to the nearest bus stop, which is likely in Bohinjska Bistrica or Bohinj Lakeside. Look for a bus that travels towards Rateče Planica. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Rateče bus stop, exit and walk towards Rateče 167. The Planica Nordic Centre is a short 10-minute walk from the bus stop. Follow the road signs that direct you to the Nordic Centre.

If you are staying in a nearby accommodation and prefer to walk, from the Bohinj Lake area, head towards the main road (H4) and follow it north. You will need to walk approximately 5 kilometers, which could take around 1 hour. As you walk, enjoy the scenic views of the mountains and surrounding nature. Keep an eye out for signs pointing to Rateče Planica, which will guide you to the Planica Nordic Centre.
