Bus
From Bohinj, head to the nearest bus stop which is located at the center of the village (Bohinjska Bistrica). Take the bus towards Ljubljana. The journey will take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at the Ljubljana bus station, exit the bus and walk towards the city center. Follow signs towards 'Trnovo Bridge'. It is about a 20-minute walk from the bus station. You will cross the main road and head towards the Ljubljanica River. Continue straight until you reach Karunova ulica, where you will find Plečnik's Trnovo Bridge.

Train and Walk
Make your way to the Bohinj Jezero train station. Board a train to Ljubljana, which typically takes around 1.5 hours. Once you arrive at the Ljubljana train station, exit and head towards the main exit. From there, walk towards the riverbank. You can follow the signs to the Ljubljanica River. After arriving at the river, walk south along the riverbank until you reach the bridge. The Plečnik's Trnovo Bridge will be located at Karunova ulica 1.

If you are already in the vicinity of Bohinj and prefer to walk, start from the center of Bohinj and follow the signs towards Lake Bohinj. Walk along the scenic paths that lead to the main road. Once you reach the main road, follow it towards the nearest bus station to catch a bus to Ljubljana. After arriving in Ljubljana, ask locals or follow the signs to Trnovo Bridge, which is a popular tourist attraction and relatively easy to find.
